Quality Assurance Program
Description of quality assurance program:
The ECI considers quality control an integral part of working on and managing an engagement. As such, quality mechanisms are built in throughout our management process, which governs the way we organize and manage projects. Each engagement includes a specifically tailored quality plan that is used throughout the life of the project. The plan highlights continuous check points and reviews with the client, and sets record keeping requirements so that all quality related information is maintained in the project files and is available for reference as needed. These quality plans are constantly updated after reviews of lessons learned from completed engagements. Quality is built in from individual consultants to the highest levels of executive review through a four-pronged approach:
Review planning, schedules, resources, and project issues
Preview work in progress, project status, and client satisfaction
Review deliverables before release to client
Conduct final review of project success, closure and work papers
|
These processes are founded on a fundamental tenet of quality management - quality is delivered through diligence and not simply through inspection.
